As a recognized 501c3 charity, the Bicol Clinic Foundation, Inc. (BCF) will not sell, trade or share a donor's personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. The only circumstance in which the BCF will share personal information is one where the donor has given the charity specific permission to do so. BCF respects the personal information of our donors and has implemented the necessary precautions to keep donor information private.
